Greblon® coating

The Greblon® brand from Weilburger is known for its fluoropolymer, polymer, and sol-gel-based coating solutions. Their product range includes non-stick and high-temperature resistant coatings, as well as functional and decorative coatings for both household and industrial use. Greblon® coatings are composed of PTFE and ceramic coatings to provide high performance and durability.

Lines of Greblon® Coatings

 

There are 5 different product lines under the Greblon® coating brand, each designed to meet specific needs based on the final product.

Household Cookware: Greblon® offers a wide range of non-stick coatings, both PTFE and ceramic, for the cookware market, ranging from one to three layers, including a ceramic particle reinforcement layer. These coatings are ideal for use in frying pans, saucepans, and other kitchen utensils.

Small Appliances: Greblon® is a coating solution used in everyday small appliances such as grills, hair straighteners, sandwich makers, etc. These appliances are coated with PTFE, either one or two layers, and with a ceramic reinforcement that provides increased resistance to abrasion and temperature.

Bakeware: Baking molds use fluoropolymer coatings based on PTFE. These coatings can be applied in one or two layers with an additional ceramic reinforcement for greater durability. The ceramic non-stick layer is recommended for high-sugar content doughs, such as cakes, pies, casted doughs, muffins, and other bakery products.

Technical Tools: Greblon® coatings are used as a functional solution for tools and parts such as blades, rollers, among others, to ensure their optimal performance over a long period of time.

Decorative Coatings: Greblon® decorative coatings offer the possibility of customizing and beautifying any household item and small appliance with unique colors and shades tailored to each manufacturer. These coatings are based on fluoropolymers, silicone polyesters, and sol-gel technology, providing all the benefits of functional coatings.
